Holistic Healing & Wellness Coach

Columbus, Ohio

I began my journey working with older adults in nursing as a MA in 2013. Here, I became motivated by the long-term benefits and importance of a supporting a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the mind and body as we age. I pursued a degree in physical fitness from ISSA, but the rise in stress, mental health, pain and inflammatory diseases in people of all ages called me to explore alternative and complementary healing practices which focus on the whole body. In 2016, I became a certified Health Coaching through NASF, and became a Holistic Heath Practitioner through the Global Academy for Energetic Education.

Whether you are addressing stress, anxiety, or chronic pain, I work with clients from the inside out. The mind, body, and spirit must be balanced to reach the highest quality of health and allow healing to take place. Because everyone is beautiful and unique my philosophy is to “meet my clients where they are in their health journey” and encourage them to use their personal strengths to reach their goal.. Together we work on promoting regular physical fitness, healthy eating with organic and homeopathic recipes, assisting with meal planning, stress and relaxation methods, and energy body work. Together we grow, and together we heal.

My Philosophy to Well-Being

MIND + BODY + SPIRIT

Here are a few key reasons why mind, body, spirit healing is considered important:

Holistic Approach: Mind, body, spirit considers all aspects of an individual's being. It recognizes that true well-being involves more than just addressing physical symptoms or mental distress. It aims to promote overall balance and harmony.

Interconnectedness: The mind, body, and spirit are not separate entities but are interconnected and influence each other. For example, emotional stress can manifest as physical symptoms which can impact mental and emotional well-being. By addressing all aspects together, a more comprehensive and effective healing process can take place.

Self-Empowerment: I emphasize the role of the individual in their own healing process. It encourages individuals to take an active role in their health, promoting self-awareness, self-care, and self-empowerment. This can lead to a greater sense of personal responsibility in one's own well-being.

Stress Reduction: Stress has a significant impact on overall health and can exaggerate health conditions by creating more inflammation. Holistic methods reduce stress and promotes relaxation to positively impact both physical and mental health.

Emotional Well-being: Mind, body, spirit healing recognizes the importance of addressing emotional and psychological factors in the healing process. It acknowledges that emotions, beliefs, and attitudes can significantly impact a person's health and well-being. By incorporating therapeutic approaches such as energy healing, it aims to promote emotional healing and psychological well-being.

Spiritual Connection: For some individuals, spirituality plays a vital role in their overall well-being. Holistic healing recognizes the significance of spiritual beliefs, practices, and connections in the healing process. It encourages individuals to explore and nurture their spiritual aspects as a means of finding purpose, meaning, and inner peace.
