How to Prepare for My Visit

Our first priority is to put you first and make you feel safe and  comfortable. Below are some helpful tips prepare you for your visit.

  1. Gather relevant information: Prepare a list of any symptoms, concerns, allergies, stress-triggers, or health issues you want to discuss during the appointment.
     

  2. Prepare questions: Make a list of questions you have about holistic approaches to your health concerns. This could include questions about treatment options, lifestyle changes, dietary recommendations, or alternative therapies. 
     

  3. Reflect on your goals: Take some time to reflect on your health goals and what you hope to achieve through holistic care.
     

  4. Be open and honest: During your appointment share your concerns, experiences, and any factors that may be affecting your health. The more information you provide, the better I can understand your needs and develop a suitable holistic plan.
     

  5. Dress comfortable! This is a safe calm space and the first step is to be in clothing that makes you feel relaxed. 

Remember, holistic healthcare is focused on addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. By being prepared and actively engaging in the appointment, you can optimize the benefits of your holistic care experience.​
